Tutors and Administrative Staff
Academic staff are available to answer questions and provide technical advice, during office hours and outside these hours as arranged with the individual tutor. You can contact tutors by email (via the relevant office), through email, online forums, phone, or through the postal system.
Administrative staff are available to answer questions and provide technical advice. You can contact staff in the same way as tutors. Staff are on duty during working hours, Monday to Friday. Most enquiries are answered either on the same day, or on the next business day. Complex questions may need to be referred to a specialist or senior staff, which can cause a delay; however, servicing you as a student will still be given the highest priority.
Books
We publish a large range of e-books, all of which have been reviewed by tutors and judged as accurate and useful support materials as appropriate for each course. It is not necessary to purchase additional books, but additional texts can be useful. Our Publishing website is currently being revamped.
Newsletters
We do like to keep you up to date with the latest news via a periodical electronic newsletter. Feel free to share with us news and pictures on the latest developments in your life, study or career. Sometimes, your experiences can be very inspirational or motivational for other people.
If you provide an email address when you enrol, we will assume that you wish to be part of our student community and receive our newsletters. If you do not wish to receive the newsletters, please let us know so you can be taken off the mailing list. Alternatively, you can unsubscribe yourself from the newsletter at any time.
Course Access and Upgrades
All courses are accessed online 24/7. Our course notes are continually being upgraded and, in some cases, significantly expanded. While logged in, you will always have access to the latest and most significant updates.
Secure Submissions
Payments can be made, exam application forms submitted, and other communications made through encoded messages. All credit card payments are conducted through a secure server and details are not transmitted around thereby minimising the risk of interception. There is a locked lock symbol in your browser to signify it is a secure connection.
