As a student of Warnborough College, you have a range of services available to help you study. These include:
Tutors
Academic staff are available to answer questions and provide technical advice, during office hours and outside these hours as arranged with the individual tutor. You can contact tutors by email (via the relevant office), through online forums, phone, or through the postal system.
Administrative Staff
Administrative staff are available to answer questions and provide technical advice. You can contact administration staff by email, phone, or through the postal system. Staff are on duty during working hours, five days a week in both of our administrative centres (ie. U.K. and Ireland). Most enquiries are answered either on the same day, or on the next business day. Complex questions may need to be referred to a specialist or senior staff, which can cause a delay; however, servicing you as a student will still be given the highest priority.

All courses are available 24/7 on our Online Classroom platform.
EBOOKS
Through Warnborough Publishing, you may also purchase specialist ebooks on a range of subjects to complement the course you are studying. Your tutors may also recommend that you access accurate and useful support materials as appropriate for each course. It is not necessary to purchase additional books, but they can be useful. Should you wish to purchase additional material, please email us.
Newsletters
We do like to keep you up to date with the latest news via a periodical electronic newsletter. Feel free to share with us news and pictures on the latest developments in your life, study or career. Sometimes, your experiences can be very inspirational or motivational for other people.
When you enrol, you have the option of stating that you do not wish to receive any newsletters. Otherwise, you will automatically be placed on the list to be emailed newsletters. You can change this option at any time to be taken off the mailing list.
Online Library Access
This contains many hundreds of items including articles, books, and other information created by students and staff. Its search mechanism also links into some of the best reference sites identified by our tutors for linking students to additional resources.
Secure Submissions
Payments can be made, exam application forms submitted, and other communications made through encoded messages. All credit card payments are conducted through a secure server and details are not transmitted around thereby minimising the risk of interception. There is a locked lock symbol at the bottom of your browser to signify it is a secure connection.
